A few things before we make it tiny.

A clear, well-lit photo usually works best. Please upload at least one front-facing or near-front-facing photo with the full face visible.

For the best result, use an original photo whenever possible and avoid screenshots, heavy filters, strong shadows, sunglasses, face coverings, or blurry images. You can also share details such as hairstyle, outfit, pose, colors, and any special requests.

We accept JPG, JPEG, and PNG files. If we need a clearer photo or more information before production begins, we will contact you.

Most MiniWe custom bobbleheads take approximately 3–4 business days to create after we receive your payment, clear photos, and complete customization details.

Orders placed within one week before a major holiday or during peak periods may require an additional 1–3 business days for production.

Shipping begins after production is complete. We currently ship within the United States only, and the delivery estimate for your destination is shown at checkout. Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number.

Please review your photo, customization details, selected options, engraving text, and shipping address carefully before placing your order.

You may contact us to request a cancellation before production begins. If production has not started, we will do our best to help.

You may also request changes within 2 calendar days after your order enters production. After that time, changes may be limited and may require an additional fee if new materials, labor, or a remake are needed. We will always explain the available options and any applicable cost before proceeding.

If your order arrives damaged, appears lost in transit, or has a production issue caused by MiniWe, please contact us at support@miniwe.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos of the item and packaging if it arrived damaged. For delivery issues, please include any available tracking details.

We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement shipment, a remake, a repair where practical, a partial refund, or another reasonable resolution.
